It was designed by IAA Architects and was nominated for the Zuiderkerk Prize 2018. It stands on historic territory where the VOC had its shipyard and legendary ships like the Batavia were built. Over three centuries later, a printing factory came here where record sleeves, CD and video packaging were manufactured for decades.
