Kees-Jan, born in Amsterdam, raised in Hellevoetsluis, left after training at the Grafisch Lyceum in Rotterdam in 1998 to Amsterdam to try his luck there.
He was able to work at Peter Bruin Makelaardij as a third assistant coffee maker and over the years he has learned the real estate trade in both rental and purchase and sale. In 2007 Kees-Jan and his partners started Aemestelle Makelaars. In 2011 he was sworn in by the NVM as a Registered Estate Agent Appraiser.
Nowadays Kees-Jan is engaged in the purchase, sale, rental, rental and appraisal of homes. He also likes to deal with the appearance of the office. Craftsmanship and accessibility are of paramount importance.
Thanks to satisfied customers from the past, he has now built up a large network. The genuine personal attention, enthusiasm and determination - with a joke here and there - make him a unique broker. With him as a broker, there is "never a dull moment."
Kees-Jan is married, has two children, likes skydiving and, when there is time, motorcycling, sailing and kickboxing.
