Layout:
The spacious front garden provides access to the entrance of the house. The vestibule with space for coats ensures that the cold does not immediately enter the house in the winter months. Through the hall with toilet and meter cupboard you can reach the bright and spacious living room with open kitchen. The living room offers an unobstructed view of the water and Amsterdamse Bos. The living room and kitchen were expanded in 2015 and give direct access to the sunny backyard which is located on the south. The kitchen has a spacious rinse island with Quooker tap, dishwasher and breakfast bar. The long side of the kitchen has a built-in gas cooker, extractor, fridge, freezer, oven and microwave.
The staircase in the hall gives access to the floors, the first floor has three rooms, two of which are very good-sized bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own en suite bathroom (from December 2020) with toilet, walk-in shower and washbasin with furniture. The handy side room is currently furnished as an office, but can also be used as a child’s bedroom.
The second floor has an almost identical layout and consists of two large bedrooms and a laundry/technical room for the central heating system, washing-machine and tumble dryer. The bathroom (from December 2019) is accessible from the landing and has a shower/bath, toilet and washbasin with drawers. There is also a spacious loft space for storage.
